Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the goods.

You may use the withdrawal form template below, although it is not mandatory.

Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund all payments we have received from you, including the standard shipping costs (excluding additional costs for express or special delivery), without undue delay and at the latest within 14 days from the day we received your notice of withdrawal.

For the refund, we will use the same payment method that you used in the original transaction, unless otherwise expressly agreed.
We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or you have provided proof that you have returned the goods – whichever is earlier.

Return of Goods

​

You must return the goods to us without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day on which you informed us of the withdrawal from this contract.

Exclusion or Early Expiry of the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts:

• for the delivery of sealed goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons if their seal has been removed after delivery (e.g. bottles),

• for the delivery of personalized goods made to the consumer’s specifications (e.g. gift cards with a personal message).
